IMPORTANT

Anyone entered for Canberra Sydney and Toowoomba royals must be financial for 2024 when entries close.

1st January to the 31st December

NB: We encourage all Members to ask people entering classes for proof of membership , registrations and transfers should be on papers. We are receiving lots of results with members not current and ponies not transferred. Please expect a phone call/letter from me and we are writing to societies.

Please Note Members are due 1st January every year, and all must be financial if entering Royal Shows.
Any cheques or money orders paid to the society will now have a surcharge of $2.50
No credit card facilities available.
Send paperwork via society email or mail only.
Quick turn around for papers-priority registrations will incur a fee of $50.00
If registration from other society not provided with registration application-will occur a fee of $30.

ASP SADDLECLOTHS

ASP saddlecloths are mandatory in ASP classes at all Royal shows and any show run by the ASPA (e.g. Country Champs, Nationals). They can be purchased from the association at a cost of $100.00 and $25.00 postage

SPECIAL NOTICE

Spot checks on papers and memberships will occur throughout Australia. There are people showing their horse’s without being registered and also not members. This will not be tolerated, as it is not fair to people who pay registrations and memberships.
